2. Asking staffs questions about challenges is permitted.
3. You SHALL NOT share flags or discuss in ANY form.
4. You SHALL NOT discuss solutions with ANYONE except staffs.
5. You SHALL NOT attack our infrastructure.
6. You SHALL NOT scan our challenges using ANY FORM of tools.

Any violations may cause disqualification or account removal.
